Happy Holidays to you and yours…

Illustration by Gyo Fujikawa from Clement C. Moore’s The Night Before Christmas
(Up there in my top 10 favorites, maybe even 5?)

If you are here, then we must have Picture Book Love in common. Somehow PBL was genetically passed down through my family and every Christmas from the time I was tiny, until present day, included the gifting of beautiful books.

Instead of writing about a particular book today I want to take this opportunity to thank you. Thank you for loving, appreciating, and supporting children’s literature. We at Picture Book Builders are very grateful for your commaraderie. As writers and illustrators, we don’t have a daily work family to talk to about the latest and greatest. Being able to connect with you here is a gift and we appreciate you reading, commenting, and following.

Happy Holidays from all of us to all of you! Snuggle up with a book and share a special moment with loved ones!
