Congrats all on the upcoming books! Great List. Thanks! It’s really nice to see how the pairings of Author and Illustrator are getting even stronger. Some combinations are true magic. Every great story deserves great illustration, and every great illo needs a great story. These look delicious. Can’t wait to read many. Good luck everyone, and stay well.

I, too, will look forward to these 22 (plus 2) in ’22! 🙂 I’m also looking forward to Luli and the Language of Tea by Andrea Wang, Being a Dog: A Tail of Mindfulness by Maria Gianferrari, and The Sweetest Scoop: Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Revolution by Lisa Robinson. YAY for picture books!

I want to read each one! Scrolling through reinforces for me a conviction that cover art for a picture book is such a big part of it’s success, giving readers/viewers a strong pull to open the cover and become immersed in the enchanting blend of illustration and story that makes this genre so special! (Where is The Path taking that little person….?! It must be a very special, unique kid that cares for The Pet Potato…)
